Replantation 2009
All though mature plants deliver wines of distinct terroir because of their deep roots, there comes a time where the yield becomes too small.After 37 years of service we replanted this parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon. The new plants are one year old and will not be delivering grapes for wine making before 2011.
The plot is south-west facing, elevated and well drained; a perfect settlement for the Cabernet Sauvignon.
